The drs when you actually get to see them are good. But the service is poor. Every time I have been here the dr is over 45 minutes to 1 hour late for the appointment booked. Then getting an appointment to discuss very important ultra sound results was hard work. Being told I can't get an appointment for about a week to get in with any dr at all for even just a phone consult to be referred to the hospital was days/a week. I ended up going to a different gp and had everything sorted. They then called me a week later to ask me to book an appointment to receive my results. Pretty poor form considering my circumstances were urgent.

The Doctors here are fantastic. They are very professional and very thorough. Only a few week ago I was given advice that fortunately for me I took. It saved my life, I was a walking time bomb and could have had a catastrophic heart attack at any moment. After having a stent placed in a major artery I am recovering well.

Dr Vindhani is amazing but the reception here is terrible. Receptionists are rude, blunt and never welcoming. My partner was left in tears by a certain younger receptionist the other day. She should be fired.

I saw Dr Aliza Qamar and I can’t recommend her enough. She listened to me and was very warm and caring. Thank you so much for a positive and helpful experience! The staff were also lovely to interact with:)

Waiting over 50 minutes for my appointment is ridiculous. Don’t offer appointments if the doctors are unable to see them in a reasonable time. I was sitting in a doctors surgery when I could of been 2 minutes from my house still in bed resting!! It has past 40 minutes and I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be and she said oh a couple has gone in- which the left 10 minutes prior to me asking!! The doctor was in the room having a chat with another customer that seemed to be “friends” or welll known to the medical centre. Worst customer service from the admin ladies and the doctor even worse.

Dr Fatima is really good. But a few of the reception staff, as others have said are really rude. Morgan clearly hates her job and all the centre's customers. She says she doesnt care if you didnt get your script for vital meds. She couldnt take an accurate message if it killed her. She yelled at me when I asked to speak to a manager because at age 60 I expect to be talked to with respect. Yelled twice that the centre doesnt have a manager. Morgan should be aware that if someone suffers because of her actions that she is NOT covered by surgery indurance and can be personally sued. A candidate, as the novel says, for the 'charm school'.

The Doctors are great yes. But waiting times are ridiculous same when you call. But the tip of the iceberg was having to pay the standard $90 consult fee for my youngest who is 3.....last I knew children under 3 were free. With the rise of fuel, food, and everything else I think that's a kick in the face. Only reason why it isn't a 1 star review is due to the doctors and how great they are when uou finally get in.

Dr Saad is easily the best Dr I've had in my 68 years. He is dedicated, extremely knowledgeable, thorough, approachable and listens to you. My husband and I are very happy with his treatment of us and we certainly have no plans to go to any other Doctor. The staff are very helpful, pleasant and well organised.
